I have the Dolphin escape. It looks very much like the Nautilus. Belts falling off even after new ones.
I had this problem. I thought the belts were stretched out. I bought new belts. It did not help much.
I looked over my device again and again. Watched videos and how to replace belt videos and then I finally figured it out!!!!!
The front wheels (small ones) broke and let the track get "Loose and Floppy." I figured out how to take the wheels off. Cleaned them. Sanded a bit. Rinsed with isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry and then glued them back together from the outside. I used Araldite clear epoxy.
Worked like a charm. No more tracks falling off. They are snugged up again. I did not bother to try and find new front wheels. It was easy to fix mine with the epoxy that I already had at home in the desk :D No more floppy around front wheels.
I probably should have glued the inside, but it fits kind of odd and I did not want to mess up the inside tolerance and the centering bump/tab things on the inside..
Spacing is important for them to work Look at the arrows to see now they are "centered properly." I put on a nice thick layer and kept it away from the center hole in the wheels.
Good luck all... :D

I am pretty sure I had the exact same issue as your wheels but only on one side. I fixed it by cutting the top of a medicine bottle off and sticking it in between the cap that you glued on and the wheel. There is a real thin piece of plastic that is supposed to extend up from the inside of the wheel and the cap. On one of my wheels it was completely missing. In the attached pictures you can see the two wheels in the first, one at the bottom still has that collar on it, one on top completely gone. I cut the top part of the prescription bottle off and sanded the side that I cut off, you can see that in the second picture. In the third picture I have inserted the part I made into the wheel. It is on day 3 and no issues. I will see how long it lasts.

FYI, I searched for the wheel replacements and did not find a reliable source that had them in stock to purchase.
