Hello,
I am battling my first cloudy pool with mild algae growth on the bottom. I have a 15,500 gallon vinyl liner pool.

CYA - 30
CC - .5
PH - 7.2

I used the SLAM FC target of 12 and got it here last night. Early this morning before heading to work the FC was 10. I brought it back to 12 and left.

I also ran the pool vac and brushed last night and hosed out the cartridge filter.

Can I wait until after work to test and re add or do I need to go home mid day and do this?

Thank you,

Only losing 2 overnight is a fairly good sign. Generally speaking the more you can bring it back to SLAM level the better but life is what it is.

Test when you get home from work, test hourly until bed if able. The SLAM will still work. It may take a little longer but it will get you where you want to go.

I would like to give a shout out and big thanks to all those who contribute and help in these forums. The SLAM process worked amazing
on my pool. Water is crystal clear again and OCLT was 0. Thank you!
