I'm starting to plumb my pool with these Aqua-Genies and so far things are looking good. However the concern I have is due to the small PVC pipe in the concrete collar kind of in the way of things with the skimmer and return lines. To work around this I made some bends around the issue to put the plumbing in an area that is much easier to work with. As well as making it easier to run behind the deck supports and turn buckles.
I know less bends is better but not sure if this will hinder much since I'm going to be running a VS 2HP pump? Also, for those that might response about an Aqua Genie. I'm going to add a return on the other side of the pool just in case this setup does worth out as well as I hope. All new, still learning as I go.
