Hi everyone!

Just bought a new pool and spent the past few days setting it up. We have a rocky area so we carved out a base 14x 23 and filled it with gravel and then about 3 inches of sand and levelled. It is a little unlevel - one end is a couple of inches deeper than the other.

We set it up and started filling (we didn’t realize it was unlevel at the time). Half way through we saw it was bowing in and realized our supports under the legs were too high. Dug them out and put them flush to the ground - when using a level , the bubble is in the middle but as it goes further down the length of the pool it moves further to one side (but not far outside of Center. Maybe a few millimeters).

Once we had the supports flush to our the ground, we filled it the rest of the way (overnight) the bow is mostly gone, but I just noticed a small buckle!

My questions:
1) is this fixable?

1) a) if so, how do we fix this? More water? Ratchet straps? Haul it down?

2) can we keep this up the season and take it down in the fall ?

Photos attached.

Thank you so much (our hope was to have this ready for tomorrow for a birthday event. But now… I’m concerned)

It looks like at the time of these pics, the pool was still filling up. Is the water level near the top yet? That usually helps to push the sides all the way out.
Thank you for responding! We’ve filled it to 12 cm from the lowest seam (bottom of the black tape I. The photo attached) Should it be higher?

I thought you could fill it up to the top of the white portion of the liner. That would probably enhance the outward pressure to keep the liner walls more upright.

to me buckling means a creased bend in some piece of metal - a real structural failure - I don't see that in your images (though I often don't see things in images, LOL) all I see is "bowing" which to me is a slight bend to some metal, but not with creasing or structural failure, especially for tubular metal. if that is what you are talking about - the slight inward bowing of the long side of the horizontal part of your pool - you are fine, it will straighten more as it is filled.

I have the same pool.

I'm filling and maintaining it so 25mm (if you're in Ontario, CAnada eh) or 1" (if you're in Ontario CAlifornia dude) of the white is showing above the water.

I bows a little just like my previous pool did for 12 seasons. You're fine.
