Welcome to TFP.
You may wish to fill out your signature under the Setting tab at the left - then go to Signature. Fill in volume of pool, type of pool (fiberglass, plaster, vinyl), make and model of pump, filter, heater, cleaner, etc., is this a saltwater pool?, All of that info will be helpful if you have a question.
Have you read Pool Care Basics
Also suggest you purchase a test kit - Test Kits Compared
Lots of help on the forum for any questions you may have related to construction, testing or maintenance.
