This picture makes me angry. You all know how sickening it is to spend a fortune on your pool build and then have quality issues. We put our pool in 2017. The weight of concrete seems to have been made our track for the auto cover a bit unlevel in certain areas. Anyway, time for new stain so ignore that. However, in many areas my silicone has either fallen out, cracked, or turned black. Unsightly. And dirt or sand can come thru into the pool. I really want to take care of this. The silicon needs replaced between the auto cover and the top of the tile line. What is the best product? Some areas are small in width, others are much larger.

Also in doing som research I think I am reading that the Coping is supposed to have some silicone around it instead of grout up top. Am I explaining this correctly? Ours is all the sand grout stuff. We do have a lot of expansion cuts in our concrete, it I’m wondering if this have put pressure on everything else. I’ve noticed every time I run my auto vac it seems like it has some sand in it and when I brush the bottom of my pool it also seems like there is a fine brown dust. Mind you I do not have a sand filter. I think that there is some sand or dirt falling into the pool from the cracks in our silicone under the coping.
