Hi I am a new Dutch member and I live in Portugal, I have a Hayward AQR-Pro 230v yr 2011 and the following problem, when I switch on the unit the display tells me +28V +1,7 Amp 0,3gr/l (much to low) salt when I change with the + button to - Voltage the display tells -25,0V + 6,6 Amp and 3.1 gr/l (this is OK) salt, I measured the salt in the pool, this was 3,1gr/l .
I repaired the pcb and renewed the relays and repaired the print layers. I tried a new T15 Cell, same problem.
What can be the reason that the system doesn’t measure the 3,1gr/l in the + Voltage?
Can somebody give me advice what to do. Many thx in advance.

You’re getting low current on the positive side, which is normally a bad cell, but it might be a board issue.

If you’re sure that the cell is new and good, I would suspect a bad board.

Check the cell plug for burn spots.

The rectifiers might be an issue but I am not sure if they would cause a problem only in one polarity.

Look at the rectifiers to see if they look ok.

Thx for your advices, I will measure the rectifiers and resolder the Cell connector.
I believe there is no Thermistor on my board version?
Does somebody has the Test points Voltages or a schedule from this pcb?

I resoldered the Cell connector on the Pcb and the problem was solved👍
