Pool math not saving latest results

Morning.
I am using the premium subscription to Pool math. It is installed on 2 Android devices, one Laptop and an iPhone.
The app did not record the results from last nights testing nor this AMs testing. The app still shows yesterday AMs results.
What am I doing wrong?

SLAMming pool.
Results as of this AM:
pH=7.2
FC=14.5
CC=0.5
TA=200
CH=60
CYA=40
Salt=2400
 
I also seeing the various instances of the app getting stuck from time to time. I have 3: on iPhone, iPad, and Windows PC.

I created a second "pool" for my fill water readings. Switching from my real pool to my fill water pool and back again forces a refresh.

Tried the junk pool approach. Signed out and back in again.
It did not update on the Samsung phone. Same effect with the Laptop.
Sent email to Leebo. I suppose they are enjoying their pool:cheers:. (sour grapes, been a litany of issues this year.):(
 
I have been having this issue recently on iPhone ios. It’s intermittent. Sometimes if i close the app & come back it’s there but not if i just navigate back to overview or logs immediately after logging.
My automatic updates are turned on but I’ll check it.

I shared my PoolMath Overview and Logs on my Profile. It still appears that the overview is out of sync with the logs.
I see the same issue with my PC (Ver 3.0.6.0(6)) and two Andriods (Ver 3.6.0(3687)) and an iPhone.
Has anyone else noticed this issue? I have tried the "false" second pool suggested by Rocket J Squirrel. Switching between the two has not helped.
Does anyone have other ideas?
I have sent email to Leebo last week asking for help. I have yet to receive a response.

On my android, it never shows the latest test results. It shows the results from the last time I used the app. I need to refresh the app (just drag my finger down on the screen), and then they pop up. I usually enter my results in using my PC - they're always up to date in the Windows app.
 
Neither the PC nor the Android show up to date.
I tried the "pull down" on the tablet and phone. I saw the refresh circle. Neither updated.

I totally agree.
However, I am not getting any support from the people who are supposed to provide support.
I even have a trouble ticket. Although, I cannot see the status of the ticket.
People have offered suggestions (thanks for those). The problem persist.
I almost at a point where I will ask for a refund.
Anyone else having issues or it it just me!

Turns out it was USER ERROR!
You are SUPPOSED to use the "+" to "Add Chemicals", "Log Test Results", etc.
Guess who feels stupid!
