Help identifying this hayward swimclear filter model?

Hello everyone, i would like to clean my cartridge filter. I can't find any identifying information/model number on it as the tag that i think would have this info is partially torn off. I just moved into this house, and i don't know if/when the cartridges were last cleaned. The nut looks pretty stripped, and i'm worried i won't be able to tighten it back down once i get the clamp off, so i'd like to have another one on hand provided i can actually get the thing open.

so i am trying to identify which Hayward Swimclear filter this is to find the appropriate nut and cartridges should i need to just replace them.

Any ideas?

Looks like a 4025, but you need to get the numbers off the cartridges inside to be sure. Otherwise, measure the length and it will help you find what you need.
This should be the clamp-bolt assembly you need:

thank you! i will order the bolt now. i'll feel more comfortable opening it up knowing i have a new bolt waiting for me.
 
thanks, that was the right bolt! i cleaned the cartridges today. they are hayward 1280E. they are pretty beat up, so i bought a new four pack. thanks for your help!
