Either the volute O-ring or the shaft seal would be my guess. See below.

It's weird tho it's only 1 year old I never touch anything that deals with the motor? I only hook up the two hoses and turn it on it's just strange that it would start leaking

Sounds like just bad luck. If you are sure there are no external leaks at a fitting, it's leaking from inside and will cause more damage to the motor inside the casing. You might see if it's still under warranty by the` seller.
