We spoke about lights and the skimmer basket. He said no I do not and that the loop was fine. I'll call the inspector I work with in Paradise Valley (I can only afford to work there) tomorrow as well as a pool builder guy I know and report back, again. I know the barriers vary from municipality to municipality but this should be state or national code. Regardless, I will follow up again tomorrow.
