Welcome. And while so far no one has said it specifically, it sounds like you have a chlorine insufficiency. Time to read the link sent you by Texas Splash. In the meantime, pour a gallon of 10-12.5% liquid chlorine into the pool. Can't hurt while you're learning to test your water. Green is only good for currency.
