New to pools

New to the forum and new to pools. In the process of a total makeover in the back yard and pool area. Learning a LOT! Would love to hear more about pool resurfacing. Plaster vs micro pebble. Already replaced all the pool control system (Pentair everything), pumps, filter, heater, led lights and salt cell. Now we need to get the pool resurfaced. Ideas much appreciated!

Yeah, I can share what it used to look like and will provide updates as the process goes. I'd have to dig in to the archives to get all the nameplates of the spendy pool systems we had installed but will look and post. So far we've replaced ALL of the pool equipment and had the pool deck refinished. We didn't intend to have the pool resurfaced right away but it needs to be done so we're doing it. Landscape to finish things out. More to follow...

Give you three guesses why we're changing the landscape patio and walkway to the pool from the house. LOL...
