Having a flow issue My master temp 400 and I’m not sure if it’s the bypass. When I run it in spa mode 3250 rpms the flow is much weaker than Normal. It still heats but it’s about 50% less water flow than usual. Mabe 1 out of 5 times turning it on it will flow Normal so I’m thinking it’s the bypass?

Have you monitored the pressure in the filter when it flows "normal" (1 out of 5x) vs when you think the bypass is causing an issue? Higher speed should increase the pressure but is it consistent each time you put in Spa Mode?
Are you positive your automated valve on the return side is fully open to the spa and closed to the pool? Could it be getting stuck or leaking?
