Is this the right kind of vitamin c?

I think I have a rust spot. I know rubbing a vitamin c tablet on it will get rid of it if it is. I’m wondering if it needs to be a certain kind. I’m assuming just the kind you would take and not something special for pools. I have the kind you swallow from Sam’s Club. Will this work? And does it go away instantly or does it take awhile?

Put a handful in a thin sock. Crush them up a bit. Then hold the sock on the stain.

How long will I need to hold it there? 5 minutes? Half an hour?

It should be pretty quick but you can leave it longer. Those coated Vit C tablets do not dissolve real quick.

I am happy to report that the stain went away with the vitamin c. I was surprised at how fast it worked. Now I’ll watch to make sure it doesn’t come back.

Is this the right kind of vitamin c?
