Hi everyone. My Pool build is coming along. Had the reef liner picked out for months only to have builder tell me at last minute it is sold out for the season. Builder has recommended butterfly effect pearl Latham liner, says it sparkles and looks fantastic in sun. Pics look good online, wondering how it looks when cloudy or shady and how pool lights would look at night with a darker shade liner like pearl, always thought of having a light liner like reef. Has anyone installed butterfly effect pearl and have pics? Or thoughts about this liner if they have seen it in person. Thanks

I can tell you that whether it’s a liner or a finish, yours is a miserable, often second/third/fourth guessed decision that we all had to make. I can also tell you that all those decisions still look amazing in the end even of you weren’t the biggest fan while looking at one in the first place. They are kinda like puppies. It’s hard not to love even the ones that you didn’t love in the first place. But choosing one is miserable. 
Well, I wonder if I should expect that call any day now myself. Our dig was scheduled for November 9 so the builder told us to make sure we let him know what liner we want by early October, we told him Reef. Then he didn't actually order it until after the pool was dug since he had to measure anyway.
But it was ordered almost a week ago now and we haven't heard anything yet, so I'm assuming it's already in the works - he said it would take "about a week" to make.If we do get that call, I think our next choice would be between natural grey and gold pebble.
I like your pool, got any build pics?
I think your absolutely right newdude. , No matter what liner is picked, will tell myself it's the best one out there once it's filled with water lol. Thanks
Hi there Auburn , I hope you get the reef liner you ordered,. My builder knew since July that I wanted the reef liner. I heard it's only available from Canada , and considering I'm only 1.5hrs away from where they make them I figured there would be no issues. Please post a pic of if you do indeed get it installed , always nice to see what I will be missing lol. Hope your pool turns out as you planned. Hey there! We have butterfly effect being installed this week, and I'm curious - what color are your drain & returns (and whatnot)?? With our previous liner, we had white(ish).. but I'm thinking with Butterfly Effect, either a grey, dark grey, or black would look pretty sharp. What are your thoughts?
