Glad to see you have folks willing to get rained on. I’m in the Montgomery area and my builder won’t put guys to work unless there is 0% chance of rain. Fortunately, we have a swimmable pool now, but still a lot of loose ends to tidy up before I can get my yard back.

Thanks. The PB came around today to take pictures. They rarely have people use that tile, but everyone looks at it vertically. I love the horizontal look, of that tile.

This is gorgeous! I love the idea to have the back end of the pool out of the ground with that water fall area to help with the slope!!!. How do they keep all that in there, is it just the concrete wall holding it back or is there some type of retaining wall/feature? It looks amazing!

It is just concrete and steel, but it is engineered with a footer around the interior perimeter of the pool as well as a crisscross section through the middle. Here are the engineering plans;

Tile and Coping done;

Electrical plumbing will happen before they set the columns for the patio extension and the deck forms, probably 2 weeks away.

Just a safety reminder that with those tall walls and the spa front and center, it might be more difficult to monitor the pool and kidlets from the house.

Kitchen demo, done. Electrical piping, done. However my PB called and said the deck forming crew is about 3 weeks behind, so we are in a holding pattern until early September.
