. I have the Hartford loop & Venturis at each spa jet discharge points (8 total, 2 on each sidewalk of 8x8 spa) im not getting the Venturi effect. No air bubbles coming out of the nozzles.
could it be that the Hartford loop is flooded?
I noticed though that my Hartford loop doesn’t have the check valve on it.

Nice diagram @mas985 ! I’m going to revive this discussion since I believe I’m having the same issuesThe loops that go around the spa in a horizontal direction, are not a Hartford loop. Those are just the air and water lines feeding the spa jets.
The Hartford loop connects only to the air line and it is vertical loop that goes to the top of the spa wall and back down again.
