Ours is the same, right off the garage. It was about 5k to trench & pipe to the sewer line & water line and then another 5k ish for the sink & toilet.That's what we are doing as well...adding on to our laundry room which is right off the garage. As much as I would love a close cabana bathroom, holy cash.
I am excited as it's another step that will be completed. I think they are pouring just the collar around. I think they come back to do the vermiculite floor. I could be wrong, we'll find out!
Good luck with the filter....everything is hard to get right now.PB is here. Inspector will be here today, then concrete then landscaper. I do have to say though he warned me. He's taking the filter. More have shipped but he has a pool he has to finish up. He did say pumps are in. He might have mentioned that we might be filling up the pool in a few weeks, it depends on the landscaper & how quick he gets the pavers done... no pressure on the landscaper...
