Hello all,

I have some fairly old scuppers. I have attached a picture of the front and of the plumbing on the back. There is a clogging issue with the scuppers and I want to remove some of the pvc to clean it out, I don’t want to strong arm anything obviously so I was looking for some direction as to how to go about cleaning these out. Thank you!

Welcome to TFP.

Hold the large nut with a wrench while you unscrew the small nut.

That is the one place it will come apart. All the PVC is glued together. If the clog is at the ball valve or in the PVC then you will be cutting and gluing.
