Loose Diving Board Repair?

I have a 25 year old diving board embeded with 4 legs into my concrete pool deck. No idea how old the concrete is - it's in marginal shape at best. Last summer the diving board started getting loose on the back 2 holes. If an adult goes to the end of the diving board the back end lifts up maybe 1 inch. I actually think its still pretty locked in there, but obviously I don't want to take any chances.

Anyone have any tips or advice on how to repair this - hopefully without a huge amount of effort. I fear a proper fix will be a huge job.

Thanks.

That's too loose.

You should remove the diving board until it can be properly secured.

You will probably have to remove a section of concrete and repour.

You can use a concrete saw to cut around the base and remove it.

The new concrete will have to be substantial enough to secure the base.
