Sta Rite Heater no lights/dead panel after start up codes 128 and r13

I’ve done the power cycle thing to no avail. When power is applied 128 and r13 flash on and occasionally the service heater,service system, spa on and pool on lites blink, then go out. Now I’ve got a service system and 888 displayed. Now there’s a dim glowing heating light on but nothing is running. Help!
 
Has always worked perfectly since new. Went to start it a couple nights ago and it was just dead, no lights, nothing. After power cycle saw the 128, r13 then blank. You saw my post today about all the blinking/cycling of lights/leds. 9 years old. Looks like a rat nested inside it but no chewed wires. Since I’ve got power to the board I’m thinking bad board?
