Good afternoon new to the forum and looking help. I tried the search and couldn’t find a solution. Personal pool and first time pool owner.
Hayward T15 is giving me error saying no salt. It’s a 2015 model so possible that it’s bad. I have cleaned it regularly and checked it again today with no issues inside. Water sample shows salt at 3300, 32 volts that drop when I restart the cell. I pulled the board and checked for bad connections or burnt solder joints but didn’t find anything. Anyone have any other suggestions before I replace it?

Great.
Can you move the switch to off for a minute then back to auto and recheck all the diagnostic readings?

I am asking this for @JamesW whom is the expert on this system.
