Will a solar breeze help me?

So this crepe myrtle seems to be dropping flower petals all day every day this time of year. And it drops leaves during the fall. I’ve been pulling handfuls of flower petals out of the skimmer, but the water surface is still covered in them. Would a solar breeze help here?

So yes, but with some caveats.

The solar breeze is like another couple of skimmers. However, it does have some limitations. I cant tell from the picture but if the hose on the suction side cleaner is floating it will get caught up on that. I turn my solar breeze off when I run my dolphin robot. I have heard someone on here weighted down the robot cord, but I have not verified if that works. Not sure if you can do that with suction side cleaner.

I dont think your steps will be a problem, it should just bounce off the railings. Pool looks like a simple rectangle so it should have no problems navigating it.

Let me know if you have some more specific questions.

Thanks for the reply. The cleaner hose definitely floats, so that may be a problem. I also worry that I’ll need to empty the solar breeze so often that it might not be much better than the skimmer.

This is what my skimmer has been looking like even though I’ve been emptying it a couple times a day...

I have discovered that increasing my pump runtime is helping to get the petals into (or close to) the skimmer, but there are definitely still a lot of petals to deal with.
