Finally got around to replacing sticking pressure gauge and notice that the normal pressure is 15 psi Pool mode, when in Spa mode pressure is 36 psi. I have 4 spa jets on filter pump, and 6 on booster pump. Water coming out of jets in spa is nice and strong. Should I be concerned about the 36psi?

I'm assuming you are using a two speed or variable speed pump? If so, in pool mode you are running a lower rpm and when in spa mode it is running wide open at max rpm. If this is the case, then you have no issues.
Yes it is a pentair variable speed pump. I checked rpms pool mode 2800, spa mode 3450. The booster pump when running does not seem to change filter pressure.

At those rpms, everything seems normal. Booster pump mainly injects air (my understanding) and does it after the filter, so it does not increase measurable pressure at the filter.
Mainly I am concerned about the high pressure of 36, if that is a problem

36 PSI is very high pressure but it is probably because you are using the Intelliflo at full speed for only 4 jets so it is creating a lot of head loss. Normally you would not need full speed on the Intelliflo for just 4 jets. Flow rate is likely less than 60 GPM. Do you know the nozzle size for the jet? What size pipe is feeding those 4 jets?
What size is the booster pump (make/model)? Are the 6 jets more/less strong than the 4 on the Intelliflo?

No idea about nozzle sizes, I'd have to look at the pictures of pipes when pool and spa was built. Should I turn the rpms down?

Based upon what you have told me, I estimate that the jets are likely 1/4" nozzles. But running those at full speed would be painful to sit in front of. So I am not sure if all the head loss is being caused by the jets.
What is the size of the booster and do those jets fell stronger/weaker than the other 4?

You can get a great massage sitting on front of the 4 jets very powerful. They will move you off the seat if your not hanging on. The booster jets are almost as powerful. Filter pump is pentair variable speed 3hp, booster is pentair max epro 2hp.
I lowered the rpms to 3000, and the jets appear strong. The pressure dropped to 27 psi from 36 psi with 3400 rpms.
