Pool Surface issues

My pool guy added a LED light to my pool as well as drained the pool and acid washed it at the same time. During the day, the pool looks amazing with the exception of perhaps some new physical imperfections in the diamond brite (see photos). At night, the light seems to illuminate some troubled areas on the floor of the pool. I’m not sure if this is as a result of the acid washing or the stains were pre-existing as I didn’t have a light before and the chemical looking stains aren’t visible during the day or when the light is off. There are areas that appear like they have some chemical damage as well as a couple of areas where there seems to be some new physical damage (etching?) that can be seen during the day. Also if I recall correctly, some of the chemical reaction looking spots may have appeared while the pool was being refilled from my hose. The pool guy added chlorine to the water right when the pool started to get filled back up and than he left for the day.

Is there a way to repair this or do I need to replaster the pool? Any feedback and advice would be much appreciated.

I have a Hayward salt water system, a Jandy heater and a Pentair light from Florida Sunseeker.7EB59E75-474A-4065-8662-484544BA8181.jpegE2CB03B3-2213-4F35-938D-E6E81431E21C.jpegD49C31B2-5C5D-4783-AD11-280DC7B2BF1D.jpegDBBF921D-8880-4D4C-A643-AA261294D13A.jpeg

Pool surfaces should not be evaluated at night with pool lights. What you show are some minor cosmetic defects and hardly requiring fixing or replastering of the pool. They were likely caused by the spikes plasters wear to not make footprints on the wet plaster. They missed smoothing out a few spots.

Yes, I am sure.

Why are you looking for minor cosmetic defects?

How old is the pool and plaster?

The plastering of a pool is a whole lot different than, say, a paint job on a car. One will have visual "defects" and one shouldn't. We have splotches in our pool that you can see with or without the light on. With it on they're just more noticeable. It's purely cosmetic.

Not sure how old the pool or plaster are
I purchased the house 3.5 years ago.
The spots I am worried about are the spots that almost glow like they had a chemical reaction or something. There’s also some visible damage which I pictured above that happened after the acid washing. The guys who do the diamond brite say they can repair the physically damaged spot where the diamond brite has broken up without draining the pool. I may let them give it a try. I’ll post a daytime shot of the damage I’m referencing tomorrow! Thanks for your collective feedback.
