I'll be closing my pool myself this year and was wondering if anyone had any luck using a bouncy castle blower to clear lines. Pic attached. I can't find any literature regarding CFM on this. I also have a small Ridgid vacuum that I was going to try to use if not.

I am trying this as well this year. We had the big blow up water slide before the pool and i kept the blower thinking it would be a good dryer if we ever flooded. I have always used my commercial backpack leaf blower to do it but i just bought a brand new one and would rather not stress it if i dont have to. I used my old one for 7 years hoping it would die and justify a new one. It struggeld but always did the job. I'll be closing around mid October depending on when the leaves fall. I'll let you know if it works, plese do the same if you get to it first.

Hey fire, just worth noting for your first time. however i end up blowing my lines out this year, i will also shop vac whatever is left. I cut a 10 ft piece of garden hose and use duct tape to seal it to the shop vac hose. Then i wiggle and snake it as far as i can get it down then returns and skimmers. I usually get at least a few gallons from each. Then each pipe gets a gallon of antifreeze and a plug. I know i can probably skip the shop vac and just let the antifreeze handle it, but every little bit helps, right ?

Not sure of the water slide blower CFM. My leaf blower is 900+ CFM at the pipe and my old one made Old Faithful at the skimmers.

Fire, I use a few wraps of duct tape to secure the blower outlet to whichever pipe I’m blowing. There may be a better way but this one works fine.
