Aquarite Desired Output %

I have an older Goldline SWG controller. I've replaced the main board a few times. The last time was a few years ago. I did replace the display board last year. Long story, but had the pool turned off for quite a while and basically started over with a refill. Pool has been great and I'm watching it closely. Noticed 2 days ago that it was not quite as clear as in the past. Checked chlorine levels with TF-100 kit and showed only .5 ppm of FC. I again went to the Hayward Aquarite box and again turned the dial to affect chlorine levels. I turned it all the way up to 100% but the readout was 14p. I then set it to Super Chlorinate and it went to 100.

What's going on here?

I did notice in the display 15P which is 15%. Disregard where the knob on the control is pointed to. Get to the percent display and turn the knob while the display is showing. You will then just turn it according to what the display shows to your desired setting even though the dial shows different. You're barely putting out at that setting.

The knob is maxed out at 100 while the display board is only showing 15.

I just looked it up and actually replaced both main board and display in March 2017.

Here is the exact Display PCB I purchased --> Amazon.com: Hayward GLX-PCB-DSP Aqua-Rite PCB Display: Garden & Outdoor . Looks legit to me, says Goldline & Hayward right on it. I took a few more pictures of the contacts under the knob. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.
