These are some drawings we had professionally drawn. We were quoted $70k. That’s is way more than I can imagine spending. So I hope to do my research, and possibly get the confidence to do a lot of the work myself. No real plans to break ground anytime soon.

A lot of the pool building companies subcontract all the work and they keep 15k+ per build in profits. If you are able to do your own project management then go for it, you would need to do your construction diagram, excavation (dig hole, and set forms), steel phase, plumbing phase (with equipment), gunite, coping & tile, deck, plaster and landscaping.
