Intellicenter programming

Ok so I got my new intellicenter all setup and running and now I am trying to figure out programming. also if anyone has any tips or ideas that improve the use of the system, I would love to hear it.
I have figured out how to program basic setups like running the pool pump and using the different intake and return vavle settings (pool, spa, spillway) but I can't figure out how to get the intellichlor running when I am running other feature setups. For instance if i click pool or have it run on a cleaning schedule it turns everything on and sets the SWG. But when i run a group I setup to run the pump at 2100rpm, turn on the booster and run the Polaris 280 then it doesnt turn on the SWG. Also i would love to figure out how to delay the booster pump until after the main pump has been running for a minute or 2. If anyone can tell me how to do these more advanced programs, that would very appreciated!
I also find the included manual doesnt give much program info. Is there other instruction sources?

If wired correctly, the SWCG will not get power if you are not in the Pool mode or Spa mode..

I can't think of any reason that you would not want to be in one of those two modes..

As an example.. I am in the pool or spa mode 24/7..

In my mind, it does not make sense to be running the pump if you are not making chlorine.

I live in this century, so I have a Robot, but if I had a cleaner, I would still want to be making chlorine when it was running..

Yes I have the intellichlor wired to the pump relay. And I want to make chlorine whenever the pump is running but for some reason in the program i made for the booster pump to run, the pool pump and booster both turn on but it doesn't turn the intellichlor on. Do I have to add the pool feature to the group even when I already have the pump speed feature turning the pump on? If I add the pool feature to the group how will the system know which speed setting to use?
Also do you know how to make the booster pump delay starting a few minutes after the pump comes on?

If you want the SWCG to be on, then the pump filter relay much close and that does not happen unless you are in the Pool or Spa mode... period..

Set the function of the booster pump circuit to Cleaner and see what happens..
