Easy set changed form

Hello I have an easy set 13x33 for 3 years now, last year we didn't used it and it remained storaged, I just put it yesterday and was fine but today my round pool is like oval and on the side of the wall at the back yesterday it was like one feet away the pool from the wall and now the pool is kind of resting on my neighborns wall. Which has me worried The first year we did noticed some slopping, but bug nothing like this...any suggestions on what to do? I'm not hoping there is a super cool trick where I can push it back to shape and not have to drain it thanks

I think once you get the ring fully inflated and the water full, it should go into it's round shape.

Is the water inside all the same depth, or is one side deeper? (it looks like one side has more water)
