Hi all, getting ready to take the plunge and replace the liner. Want to get the measurements right. I do not have any documented measurements for this pool. For most of the measurements we took them 4-5 different times. For the depth measurements we measured from the bottom to the top of the water line, then from the waterline to the top of the liner where it folds over disappearing into the track. I want to make sure I did it correctly so I have a few questions if someone would kindly give me some guidance.

1. First and foremost, do these measurements align with most standard hopper rectangular pools?
2. For A we measured it across the deep end, the middle, and the shallow end. We ended up with 18' 2.75 on the ends and 18' 3.25". B had a similar issue. Should we just pick 18'3"?
3. Depth of the shallow end was as much as 5/8 different depending on where I measured it. Any worries there?
4. Is there a tolerance rule of thumb, i.e. for every 10' your measurements can be off by 1/2", something like that?
5. What is the front and back hopper radius, would I have that? I don't think I do, but I included a photograph below to show what my hopper looks like. If you look at the left rear corner of the hopper you can see it appears to have no radius, do you all agree? (You can also see how I found measurement F and the hole in the far corner in the pool that has been there and growing for 4 years.)
6. Radius, what radius do I have? You can see in the photo how I measured it. Seams like an odd measurement but I can tell that the last installer did not have it right either, it does not fit to the wall in the shallow end. I tried to pull the liner away from the wall, but could not get it out, what is the best way to get that radius measurement right?
7. Is cove depth and offset something I need to worry about? I don't think I have one, my shallow end is straight to the bottom and you can see my deep end below.

Thanks for any help...
