Welp I didn’t have one last night and needed to get that sucker off. So I did it caveman style..
So the trials and tribulation of building a pool continue. The VSF spa pump is leaking where the motor and pump connect. DUDE!!!!! WHAT!!!!?? SO Now i'm on the phone with American Pool Supply (where I bought the equipment) and they just laugh when I ask for an over-the-counter exchange. Then I call Pentair and I freakin waited 2.5hrs and then the guy picks up says "hello" and then mumbles something"" and then hangs up. So I call back. Get on the list of "We'll call you back and you wont lose your place".... Nope, 6hrs later and no call. I'm just frustrated as heck and to be honest I'm tired of this pool build.......
I'm tired of guys saying they are going to show up to work and then not show up and no communication, It angers me to no end.......... I'm tired of people asking me "when's the pool going to be done?"........ I'm tired of balencing work, pool, and the freakin trades people not showing up........ To be honest I'm just tired!!!

Have you tried tightening the acorn nuts on the pump housing? It's pretty common for them to be loose right out of the box
I will just point to this thread when anyone asks ME when I am going to build a pool! BUT then they will point to this same thread when it is all done and beautiful with pics of you floating in it. You are SO much closer than ever before. This is the nit pick stuff and once it is all buttoned up you WILL be done and able to rest. Until then keep coming here and yelling..........get it all out. We are here for you!

Yea bud I have. I just prefer the blue. I think it’s cool.
The only thing I don’t like is the fact that I can’t have different lights have different colors... or I can’t figure it out on how to do it. I’m told that the easytouch 8dosent have that functionality..
Your lights aren't set up correctly then.
In Screenlogic configuration assign each light a different numbered position - 1,2,3, etc....
You can also set the delay time between each

I think I have them setup correctly, each light is on it’s own assignment. The problem I have is that there is no way to assign each light it’s own color from the app. Unless I’m missing something...
Would I have to assign the color at the EasyTouch? If so would that light then turn on with that color that’s assigned In the panel? But then how would I sync all the lights?
Does the EasyTouch revert back to the setting at the panel once you turn off the lights?

Ok boys and girls. I'm done with my pool build. I do have some mop-up here and there for a few things but we are swimming and the water is nice.
I really want to thank everyone who has helped to get thru the trying times of building a pool. Without your help I would be lost.
