Hey Guys- I just moved into a pool home and I am having trouble with the fountain that is attached to my pool equipment. There are two Jayden values that control the fountain, one is for the fountain head the other one is for the drain. The basin around the fountain head has a hole and I need to repair it, the problem is that I cannot get the basin dry. There is a third pipe inside the basin that slowly seeps water into the fountain, and I cannot figure out what this pipe is or what it is supposed to do. I attached a picture for reference, can someone help? It looks like its on the high side of the fountain grade...
