Hi

I made my pool fountain by Skippy's idea. It's an AGP so a little different. I haven't glued anything yet as I wanted to check it out so here are three pictures of it. I turned the fountain off to show you the holes, not bad for a woman, eh? LOL

I haven't gotten my water right yet, but I'm still working on it. I'm in Boost mode today as we had a big storm Thursday night and almost 2 inches of rain.

Have a good weekend everybody!

That looks great! I made a bunch of different designs over the past few years for cooling specifically. For the lower run of holes that are squirting stright into the pool if you make another one you can drill the holes at an angle to direct the stream upwards. I found taking a nail and heating it up and then touching it to each of the dots I drew on the pvc created a prehole for my drill bit an enabled me to drill at the angle without the drill bit slippen on me. Ultimately I found using the metal heads from sprinklein wands gave me greater cooling due to the finer water droplets they create with their tiny holes.

Thank you Haleysilo! When I was looking closer I noticed a few going different directions and was wondering if it was how I held the drill and now you clarified it. :D

What is a sprinklein wand? I'm not familiar with that. Perhaps taking an old fashion sprinkler that you hook up to a hose and take it apart and hook to your pool?

My typo has you confused, goggle "sprinkling wand" and you'll see what I'm talking about. I got tired of trying to perfect the hole drilling, and lord knows I tried, so I made one using someone else's holes....im using 4 of those heads, 2 per return.

Do you have a picture of them working? That looks pretty cool; just wondering what the water looks like coming out.

Thanks for the info! :D
