I need to redo a small section of my waste line out from the multiport as I had dislodged it when putting a post in last night to mount a new SWG. The first picture shows the 2" flex hose leaving the reducer. That hose is no longer glued into the reducer as it fell out when I had pushed against the hose. The hose in only 3 ft long. It drops down and is connected to a black PVC irrigation type pipe which routes the waste water out the side of the property, as shown in the 2nd picture.

Should I stick with reusing the flex hose or since I need to redo this, is there a better method to connect to the fittings out on the multiport?

If using flex hose again, can I glue the new hose into the existing female reducer again, or is that piece no longer usable after it has dried glue residue inside? Sanding the inside would suffice?

Also, re that white connector fitting which is screwed into the black waste out port. Is that fitting still movable? No harm if I put pliers on it and turn clockwise a bit so that my hose can be pointing downward? 20-30 degree turn.

Note: this is the only flex hose on my system. Everything else is hard plumped with 2" PVC.

New acct signup, but I've been reading this site for the past year+. Very useful advice here!
Thanks for reading,
Glenn
