I just got a cover for mine for the same reasons as most, get more use at the beginning and end of the season. If you're going to do it get a reel for it. It makes it super easy to put on and take off as needed.

So it sounds like the pool guy is using the bare minimum as far as chemicals goes. Thank you for the advice, Ill pick up some chlorine and do the suggested test this week.
