I know for me I can rule that out as I recently replaced the whole valve. But I have read that air in your sand filter can possibly cause similar issues. But I am no expert. Can you hear air caught in the top of your filter? I could before I replaced mine. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

So finally got the time to do the deep clean as per the video instructions. Waited a day or 2 and then tried adding DE again, and some still shot out the return, just didn't seem as much. :mad: Does that tend to lead towards a possible Lateral issue? Thanks

Last time I went to buy my skimmer socks I read review on amazon about using hair nets instead. I have been using them for a little over a week now and while they do not catch pollen as well as the sock it catches quite a bit and instead of cleaning it daily, just toss it and put in a new one...

I have this same Cleaner, it does get hung up on my pool steps now and then. No on the step itself but infront as the hose gets in the opening to the steps and doesnt allow it to turn. Otherwise it doesnt ok, and I have had to adjust returns and weights to get it to cover different areas. Still...
