    Pool Builder Rec

    Jumping in here. In Midlothian I have one bid and two others coming. My problem is I really dont have a defined scope of work. I was really hoping for a builder that could "sell it". So far nothing.

    If it turned out 2' larger would you expect to pay 30% of the total, of course not. Why not sit in the area and decide if that 2' is that important. If it is then tear it out and re-do it. If its not than be reasonable. My wag its worth about 3k.

    Best time to build if it can't be the summer

    Jamie, In the same boat and location. I have 3 bids coming in soon, my thought is start excavation in late February.
