The spa was newly installed in late November, so I’ve only had it like 2 months. I have not drained the water at all. Total Chlorine 10 CC was like 1.5 CYA was pretty high. Like 110. TA was about 70 CH was around 120. My pH was lowish too. Around 7.1-7.2.

I can add a foam away product but it is only temporary. What should I be doing? What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure what you mean by bleached. Wouldn't it be white then? This is definitely not white. It brownish. The water is perfectly clear and has been for weeks. This stuff just settles on the bottom in clumps, though.
