Last night my FC was 16 and CC 0. This morning my FC is 15.5 and CC 0. Water is very clear this morning. Last question, when do so start to bring the pH down, now that everything looks good?

The CC was 1. How do I bring up my FC to 20? Shock it? I have two packets of Shockwave? My current psi is 20, and I currently have my chlorinator on my SWG at 80%. Should I turn it up to 100%?
