Just clarifying - you're saying I need to replace a relay on the System I9+3 board? With one that is on the board but not in use? I can solder and such - can you point me to what the relay is that I should be looking for on the board (do you have a picture or URL I can reference)? Thanks Joe

Just got back from testing the continuity with the multimeter. It indeed had continuity when no heat was being called for... > ... It sounds like your heater relay on the IntelliTouch board may be welded shut which would keep the heater running. > ...as stated above, the relay is melted closed...

To be clear I have both. I have an UltraTemp (being seen as solar) as well as a MasterTemp.

I haven't yet been able to make it back out to the system to do the multimeter test but your point about a heat pump changing - yes I got our heat pump back online with this system. How does that potentially affect this @wireform? Thanks
