SOLUTION :party: It turns out all I had to do is ignore "unable to connect to WiFi Device" dialog and go ahead and enter all account info. The spinning emoji stopped turning on invoking "create new account" for a considerable period , maybe over a minute. System rebooted ... and Pentair icon...

I took spaces out of TJHouse ... the problem is no WiFi shows up , it simply shows spinning search emoji endlessly.
