2018 purchased and renovated 1964 ranch house with 35,000 gallon gunite pool built around 1965. 20x40 rectangular originally built as a heated pool. 2” piping, with 20 returns piped at 1/2” black poly (6 in the floor and 14 around the walls), one main drain and two skimmers, Flotec AT251001-01 1HP pump (installed by previous homeowners), heater removed long ago, Pentair FNS DE filter (needs replacing).
