IN ground pool approx. 20,000 gallons, built in 1980s near sacramento CA, original plaster is essentially gone, all equipment will be replaced. Plaster has black spots 6" dia. 1/2" deep water has been entering empty pool through cracks in the pool walls.We need pool ready in 4 months three option: just paint it, replaster, remodel and replaster.
