Jandy PDA Transceiver Antenna Replacement Hack

No worries and glad to help. Thinking about it, I would suppose this would work for any other manufacturer’s transceiver/receiver with a soldered antenna connection. I only have experience with my equipment so not entirely sure what other manufacturers do.

Jandy PDA Transceiver Antenna Replacement Hack

As some of you already know, the antenna on the Aqualink unit is pretty easy to replace, thanks to the plug in type board connector that Jandy uses for the antenna wire. Well, the antenna on my PDA transceiver was still functioning but falling apart at the same time and not knowing the product...

    Aqualink 2.0 Antenna Replacement

Just be careful which antenna you buy. After doing some research, I made the mistake of following a link to an Amazon product page that 'looked' right. Unfortunately, the antenna I bought had the wrong IPEX board connector - it had an M.2 NGFF connector (IPEX MHF4) and the correct connector is...

Spa Electrics R10 R10H light Colorlogic Replacement

My Jandy lights are giving me problems again. I'm lucky to get a year out of them. First few were replaced under warranty but the last ones lasted long enough that now they will cost me. On the Spa Electric install, do you have to cut the Jandy wire chord and splice in their plug? Nevermind...

    Zodiac Jandy JXI400N Problem

Thanks for the reply..... Low flow rate was the other 'root cause' Jandy listed in the manual. I don't believe this is applicable to me since my water features and return flow appear normal. Answers to your questions: 1. Last DE filter backwash was done in August. Generally speaking...

    Zodiac Jandy JXI400N Problem

Hey gang..... Well, I have had my heater for about 2-1/2 years and has been working flawlessly. Last weekend, used it for the first time this season for the kids, and noticed it was making a noise every so often. Sounded like it was shuttering/shaking a bit and then it would go away. This...

2018 Jandy Aquapure - 'No Flow' Issue

The system has been working pretty consistently and properly since the last post (pretty much but see below). Bob at BP Electronics did call me back a week ago on Friday. Unfortunately he was involved in the design of the original Aquapure boards/interface but at some point when the total...

    IAqualink 2.0 acting up

Got it. I'm on an iphone so I don't have this screen. RE 'no flow', it was not a hardware issue. Builder installed a brand new sensor (thinking it was a bad sensor) and problem persisted. Only went away after app/schedule deletion and breaker resets. Still not sure what the root cause was...

    IAqualink 2.0 acting up

Not to get to far off topic but curious about your comment.....when you say “clear out all APP data”, are you talking about going to the WEB link in the app, going to ‘System Settings’ and then hitting ‘Clear Memory’? What does this do? If my ‘no flow’ glitch happens again, I may go this...

    IAqualink 2.0 acting up

Good to know. I didn’t even think about the computer but if anything acts up again related to the app, I will go that route as a way to troubleshoot. As I said, my app works 100% correctly all the time at this point. I hardly ever use the handheld now.
