Best method to unclog suction side line?

Got slight flow from both ends with Drain King. Guess my next step is a snake. Really hoping for a blockage and not an air leak. Tried the water hose all around connections above ground with no change.

Best method to unclog suction side line?

Was wondering if it was doable from the pump (at work right now). I’ll pick up a Drain King on the way home to try it. Thank you

Best method to unclog suction side line?

Drain bladder/Drain King, air compressor, snake, etc? Suspect clog in skimmer line (single skimmer/main drain set up) rather than air leak. Had 17 frogs (<1”) in skimmer after a rain. Pump surging next day. Discovered several frogs in pump basket. Turned pump off and on several times and would...

    Controlling bubblers

Played with the eyeballs and was able to angle them enough to stop the fountain action. Hoping this slows down my pH increases too.

    Controlling bubblers

I know where the lines run but not wanting to take on that project right now (way too many others with a new build). Was hoping there was some attachment I haven’t come across yet. Something to attach at the outlets. Probably have to DIY something if not.

    Controlling bubblers

Have to grab pic when I get home. Very simple set up. Just a single return line from the filter. Would have to dig to find the two bubbler/return lines to add a valve. Was hoping there might be a diverter or some attachment I haven’t come across to add at the outlets/bubblers.

    Controlling bubblers

Is there something I can add or put over my bubblers that will maintain flow but stop then from breaking the surface. I have 2 simple returns in the floor of the tanning ledge (6” depth). I’d like to maintain flow to keep the ledge clear of debris but keep the water from breaking the surface...

    CYA

Looks like draining my pool based on the test strips was a waste of time. Got the TF-100 in and CYA is 20 (strip still shows 100). Guess that might explain why my chlorine is burning up so fast? (Down to 0 from 10 in 1 day / CC is .5)

    Sand or plaster dust?

Reviewed with builder. He’s going to replace the sand in the filter with 20 sieve size sand.

    Sand or plaster dust?

It’s a Pentair - need to check size and if it’s a Tagelus or Sand Dollar. Watched him pour sand in but didn’t pay attention to what kind it was. I’ll reach out to find out. Found that write up - thanks I suspect Quikrete. I remember white plastic bags with some blue on them.

    Sand or plaster dust?

Assuming sand. I’ll try the vinegar to make sure. If sand is that amount normal for starting up a pool or could there be an issue with the sand filter?

    Sand or plaster dust?

New (2.5 weeks) pool. I’ve run the robot 3x since I got it Wednesday. Each time I get a significant amount of material. Looks like sand. Could it be plaster dust or is my sand filter putting out sand? Is it normal? Diamond Brite plaster if it matters.
