Still not working for me

Could iAquaLink be down? I can’t even login to their application or website. Router shows green but I can’t even login to see my pool. Ideas? When I attempt to login it says action required network not available.

Sorry I read it wrong. I meant to say TC was 1.7 so CC is 0.2. But either way the TA and FC are simple to solve I would think..we just got back from week vacation so needs a little care.

My dad has had his pool for years and keeps saying the water should be “replaced” but the chemicals are all perfectly balanced. Is there any reason to drain the whole pool if nothing is wrong? I assume it naturally is replaced with hose and rain as we replace the evaporated water each week.
