Ok, sorry for the delay. We traveled to Laconia for the 💯th anniversary of bike week! Today’s results: Chl- 5 FC- .5 TC- 5.5 pH- >8.2 TA— 70 Fill water: pH- 6.8-7 TA- 190-200

Ok, wasn’t aware that the CL Br-pH tester was called a block. I’m always at the upper end of 8.2. That’s why I got a pH tester.

I go through 3-4 gallons of MA a week

My pH has always been high. I just attributed it to the pool being new and the Fastlane. But now the pool is two years old and I’m still battling the pH.

TC-5 Ph-9.1 TA-50 CYA-50 There are a couple things I can think of contributing to a consistently high Ph, we have a Fastlane Swim Pro that the wife uses for her Triathlon training 3-4 times a week and the pool is about 2yrs old (plaster). My TA has been slowly dropping over the past few weeks...

Thanks for the information. I am looking at the Intellichem system by Pentair. They offer two different systems. 1) uses LC and Acid. 2) uses SWG and Acid. Does anyone know anything about this system?

We also have a Fastlane Swim Pro in the pool. Will the SWG affect that?

What do you keep your pump speeds at? What is the downside of SWCG? From what I'm reading Pentair isn't the best for SWG (doesn't last as long and more costly to replace) can I integrate another system with my Pentair equipment?
