    REM based Chemical Controller Hardware

Thanks for the info. I have purchased the sequent 8 relay, mega bas, and industrial watchdog ( I loose power somewhat frequently). With the atlas board, I get ph and Orp. All this is running well. I am still debugging my serial link to my existing Jandy Pda8, but this is coming along well. I...

    REM based Chemical Controller Hardware

After some more reading, it looks like this board is not supported. I think I need to use the sequent 4 relay board and a second atlas I3 board to achieve my goals.

    REM based Chemical Controller Hardware

I am currently running a Rasberry Pi4 with the Atlas Scientific i3 InterLink and pH, Temp, and ORP sensors. I use the Atlas Iot software to push these values to MQTT for HomeAssitant. I would like to convert to REM. It appears to support the Atlas probes out of the box. I would like to add...

    ColorLogic 4.0 pool light issues

I have a ColorLogic 4.0 pool light (24” below deck) and a ColorLogic 4.0 Spa Light. Both installed during major renovation 2017-2018 – Spa was new, and light niche was renovated for new lighting. These lights are controlled via Jandy PDA-PS8 with a Aqualink 2.0 (web Access) and 18 channel PDA...

Atlas Lab Grade probe - readings drift.

In trials with first probe I went through quite a few calibrations hoping drift would correct. But probe should be passing a constant Millivolt signal. Calibration would bring readings to agreement. but that Millivolt signal must be varying to pass the drifting pH. Guessing the comments on...

Atlas Lab Grade probe - readings drift.

The probe doesn't level out. If actual pH is 7.4 , in 12 Hours I am reading 7.6+. After a day my readings can hit close to 8. All while actual pH is still at or around 7.4. Probe is new and a replacement for last one. Concerned that readings drift upward with no change in pH. I will work...

Atlas Lab Grade probe - readings drift.

Sorry didnt answer your questions. Readings drifted, pH is the same. No Chemicals added. ORP is there for play. Mainly want to get a reliable pH reading. With the spillover from Spa, I get pH gains over time (But not at rate probe is showing).

Atlas Lab Grade probe - readings drift.

    Tested with Taylor test kit FC - 3.2 CC - .2 - FAS-DPD pH - 7.4 TA - 80 CH - 320 CYA - 50 Salt (if using a SWG) - NO Water temperature - 85

Atlas Lab Grade probe - readings drift.

I purchased the a number of items from Atlas Scientific - i3 InterLink - Lab Grade pH Probe Also bought Orp and temp probe. I am using their software Atlas IOT with a raspberry pi. Plan to move to REM once I work things out. Readings from Temp are good. ORP is consistent (minimal...

pH sensors that don't have to be calibrated

Thanks for the update. I think I may be a little confused. Thought you were using the atlas pool kit with the industrial ph probes. From further reading, I believe you are using a raspberry pi solution with the atlas industrial ph probe. Can you confirm, are you using the arduino based pool...

    Tri-Clover / Tri-Clamp Fittings

Thank You! Looks like I am buying a strap wrench. Me and my pipe wrench are likely the source of all my coupling issues. I'll take a look at the CPVC fittings.

pH sensors that don't have to be calibrated

Thanks! Thinking about purchasing it. Do you know if there is any way to add a pressure sensor to the Atlas Scientific Pool kit. I see pH, ORP, temp, and the offer flow (meters are expensive) and others, but not seeing pressure. Thought it would be a quick way to see if filter needs to be...

    Tri-Clover / Tri-Clamp Fittings

Thanks for the replies. Which unions have caused you problems? - Looks like I have a few different unions on the piping. Seems every manufacturer uses a different one and charge a premium for their union. The Jandy unions on my nature2 fusion and connecting the Multiport valve to the filter...

pH sensors that don't have to be calibrated

Curious, have you been using the Atlas Scientific Pool Kit? How is it working for you?
